All in stock items typically ship via UPS Ground within 24 hours of order placement . If you would like an expedited shipping service or are outside the Continental US, please place your order over the phone so we can give you the appropriate shipping charges.

RETURNS

Country Tack will issue a complete refund, less shipping charges, on new items returned to us in the same condition as received within 30 days of purchase with original tags, packaging and receipt. No returns after 30 days of purchase.

CONSIGNMENT/USED SADDLES
Country Tack offers a 10 day return policy on all our consignment saddles. Our used saddles can be ridden in moderately, in fact we encourage you to ride in the saddle provided it can be returned to us in the same condition you received it in. Should you decide the saddle is not for you, simply return it to us no later than 10 days after you receive the saddle and we will issue you a complete refund less our $25.00 shipping charge. Please call us if you plan on returning the saddle so that we know to expect it.

SADDLES SOLD WITH FREE SHIPPING
In the event that a saddle is returned for other than exchange, Country Tack will charge a $25.00 return fee which will be deducted from the refund.

SADDLES SOLD WITH FREE MERCHANDISE
In the event that a saddle is returned for other than exchange, customer is required to return free merchandise unused, or value of the merchandise will be deducted from refund.
